Rationale: – SMDMS aims to provide High-quality educational experience through a fair and transparent admission system and avoid unfair discrimination on ground of disability, gender, religion or belief. The policy ensures application received for admission. It also seeks to set selection criteria which is transparent, fair and consistent.
POLICY GUIDELINES:
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
There is no relaxation in the admission process if the child has not completed the previous grade or has not performed well in his/her previous class as well as in the assessment tests, on the fulfillment of these conditions only he/she will be admitted to the next class.
SELECTION CRITERIA:-
The admission of Grade-I to Grade-IX & XI will be confirmed only after the entrance test. The tests are a tool for both the school and the parents to get a genuine assessment where the child stands and if there are any particular area of weakness that need to be focused upon.
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- While filling the Admission Form (Registration Form), Parents need to fill the details carefully. The parents must fill in the admission forms themselves.
- The name of the child and parents should be as per submitted document only.
- In case of any change, it should be supported by appropriate legal documents.
- The school will not entertain requests for change in names after the admission is confirmed.
- Neither collection of admission form nor its submission is a guarantee of admission to the school.
The school conducts admissions as per policy defined and that there is no foul play or scope of influence/external pressure.
PAYMENT OF FEE:-
- The tuition fees and transport charges are payable in advance for two months at the fee counter in school administrative office. We also accept fee through cheque. One time advance payment of fee can also be made through cheque or cash.
- Please ensure sufficient balance in your account to avoid dishonoring of the cheque. For bounced cheque additional payment of Rs. 200.00 has to be made.
- Fees should be deposited from 1st to 10th of each month. Late fee for each subsequence day is Rs. 5/- per day.
DISCOUNT ON ADAVNCE PAYMENT:-
A 5% discount in fee is given to those who pay entire annual fee with tuition in advance.
Note:-
School reverses the right to recover all pending fee through legal notice. Any challenge to school in the court of law or otherwise with malafide intention, if proved in court, will be sued by the court.
If a student wishes to avail SC concession the student has to submit entire his/her or father’s certificate certifying the SC status within 20 days of joining of the school.
